JXHIN pumps are selected for the dispersion and conditioning of screw-type and PC-material latex emulsions. During operation, screw pumps often suffer frequent failures of their mechanical seals and stator–rotor assemblies due to drying. In latex emulsions, the binder can harden significantly upon exposure to air. As the mechanical seal wears, leakage occurs, leading to costly repairs and environmental concerns. In contrast, JXHIN pumps have only the hose in direct contact with the emulsion, effectively isolating the pumped medium from ambient air. With no mechanical seal, the pump remains undamaged even if it runs dry for extended periods. The cylindrical rotor of the hose pump advances along the hose, pushing the fluid through it; at the compression point, the hose instantly recovers its original shape, creating a suction effect at the pump inlet. As a result, the hose lumen is completely filled with the process medium.

When the hose is tightly compressed by the cam, backflow does not occur. JXHIN pumps do not mix or shear the pumped material. JXHIN pumps are the right choice for handling latex.
