Elastomers, as a special type of material, play a crucial role in the operational efficiency of positive displacement pumps, whether in peristaltic hose pumps or diaphragm pumps.
Hoses are dynamic materials that continuously move during pump operation.
The hose’s ability to withstand pumping forces and contact with the medium directly affects the lifecycle cost of the pumping system.
Choosing an unsuitable hose can lead to severe damage to both the pump equipment and the customer’s installation.
To ensure our pumps always maintain the highest quality, JXHIN uses rubber hoses formulated in Europe, with production facilities established by the European team more than 90 years ago.

We are one of the few manufacturers that still produce elastomers in-house.
Since René Moineau invented the screw pump, elastomer production has been deeply embedded in PCM’s development history, becoming one of our core competencies.
We develop formulations in advanced laboratories, drawing on decades of practical experience.
With our unique internal expertise, we can provide customers with solutions that are optimally matched to their fluids and application conditions.

From laboratory testing equipment to large-scale mixers, injection molding machines, and vulcanization ovens, JXHIN possesses all the necessary equipment and expertise to ensure complete control over elastomer selection and the manufacturing process.
Proprietary Elastomer Formulations and Fluid Compatibility Database
We manage all stages of elastomer production in-house, from numerical simulation and chemical formulation design to the complete mixing and injection molding process.
After production, all elastomer components undergo thorough testing to ensure they meet every requirement.
Testing includes:
- Wear-resistant mechanical strength
- Chemical compatibility with the conveyed fluids
- Required color
- Compliance with regulations and standards
- Optimized service life
- Product integrity (structure, turbidity, etc.)
- Cleaning resistance
