Hose structure
JX hoses feature a typical multilayer composite structure, consisting, from the innermost layer to the outermost, of:
Inner rubber layer: A special synthetic rubber with oil and chemical resistance (such as hydrogenated nitrile rubber, HNBR) is selected, enabling direct contact with hydraulic oil, fuels, emulsions, and other media while ensuring leak-free performance over long-term use.
Reinforcement layer: Constructed using high-strength steel wire braiding or helical winding to provide pressure-bearing capacity.
Outer rubber layer: Coated with aging‑resistant, wear‑resistant EPDM or natural rubber to resist UV radiation, ozone, and mechanical abrasion, thereby extending service life.
NR Hose Characteristics
Excellent abrasion resistance; typically resistant to dilute acids and alcohols.
Temperature: -20~80℃
Material: Natural rubber
Media Example
Sludge with a solids content as high as 85%; magnesium oxide and titanium dioxide; water-based coatings and pigments; food waste.
