Hose structure
JX hoses employ a typical multilayer composite structure, which, from the innermost layer to the outermost, consists of:
Inner rubber layer: A special synthetic rubber with oil and chemical resistance (such as hydrogenated nitrile rubber, HNBR) is selected, enabling direct contact with hydraulic oil, fuels, emulsions, and other media while ensuring leak-free performance over long-term use.
Reinforcement layer: Made by braiding high-strength steel wires or employing a helical winding process, it provides pressure-bearing capacity.
Outer rubber layer: Coated with aging‑resistant, wear‑resistant EPDM to withstand UV radiation, ozone, and mechanical abrasion, thereby extending service life.
EPDM Hose Characteristics
Excellent chemical resistance, particularly to ketones, alcohols, and concentrated acids.
Temperature: -20~100℃
Material: EPDM rubber
Media Example
Sodium hypochlorite; sodium bisulfate; ferric chloride; hydrochloric acid
