Hose structure
JX hoses feature a typical multilayer composite structure, consisting, from the innermost layer to the outermost, of:
Inner rubber layer: A special synthetic rubber with oil and chemical resistance (such as hydrogenated nitrile rubber, HNBR) is selected, enabling direct contact with hydraulic oil, fuels, emulsions, and other media while ensuring leak-free performance over long-term use.
Reinforcement layer: Made by braiding high-strength steel wires or employing a helical winding process, it provides pressure-bearing capability.
Outer rubber layer: Coated with aging‑resistant, wear‑resistant EPDM or CSM to resist UV radiation, ozone, and mechanical abrasion, thereby extending service life.
CSM Hose Characteristics
Excellent resistance to strong oxidizing agents, as well as concentrated acids and bases.
Temperature: -20~85℃
Material: Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene Rubber
Media Example
Hydrogen peroxide content as high as 60%; cationic flocculant (polymer); high-concentration sulfuric acid.
