    Hose Structure

JX hoses feature a typical multilayer composite structure, consisting, from the inside out, of:

Inner rubber layer: A special synthetic rubber with oil and chemical resistance (such as hydrogenated nitrile rubber, HNBR) is selected, enabling direct contact with hydraulic oil, fuels, emulsions, and other media while ensuring leak-free performance over long-term service.

Reinforcement layer: constructed using high-strength steel wire braiding or helical winding to provide pressure-bearing capacity.

Outer rubber layer: Coated with aging-resistant, wear-resistant EPDM or nitrile rubber to resist ultraviolet radiation, ozone, and mechanical abrasion, thereby extending service life.
